ANSWERS:

Downloading the ebook

Downloading simply means to view and/or save the book on your computer. After purchase of any and all ebooks, you will be taken immediately to a web page where you will receive instructions on a link that you click on to receive your product. You’ll also get an email from us with this link again along with a receipt that should also have access details.


Saving the ebook

You can save the ebook by clicking “Save” after the book is open. Click “Save As” and then you can choose where to save it on your computer.

You can also right click on the blue link to the book from the download page and select “Save As” from the menu and save it to your computer.


Problems downloading the ebook or audios

If nothing shows up when you try to download your e-book then try these steps below.

1. Make sure you update your adobe acrobat reader. This will solve 90% of the problems with opening the files. There are instructions in the next section below on how to update..

2. Try right clicking the link to the file and select “Save As” and save it to your computer. Then open the file from your computer.

3. Shut down your computer and restart.

If that does not work, or you are just getting a problem downloading. Try downloading from the website at another time, sometimes the server may be busy and trying again in half an hour will solve your problem.

This will solve virtually all problems with getting an ebook to show up on your computer.


Adobe Acrobat Reader

Before you get Adobe Acrobat Reader, try to open the book first. You probably already have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer.

You may not need to update to the current version of Adobe. The older versions of Adobe Reader may be very slow or may not work.

If you need Adobe Acrobat Reader (or if you need to update the version on your computer) you can download the FREE Reader by going here (http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html)
It is free and will not harm your computer.

You can also click on the help menu once you have adobe open, there is then a button to check for updates.


Printing the e-books

You are entitled to print your one copy of the book.


Printing problems

If you are having trouble printing then make sure you update your adobe acrobat reader. Follow the instructions in the section above.

If the book does not print properly or if you see mishmash of letters and numbers, this means that your computer has opened the ebook with the wrong program. Sometimes people try to open an ebook with Microsoft Word. All ebooks must be opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader. This is a free program.


I lost the link to my e-book

In most cases, you will received 2 emails after purchase. Both of these will contain the link to the product. One from us and another from clickbank.com.


What will it say on my Credit Card statement?

Your credit card will only say Clickbank/Keynetics. It will not say the name of the book or program you purchased.


Is there a “Hardbound Copy” so I can sit on the sofa and read the book?

At this time, all our books are instant downloads – ebooks. This is clearly stated on our websites as well. We ARE working toward this, but it is not in the immediate future. You can access the course materials, audios and bonuses at any time from your download page (this would have been sent to you by email). Feel free to print any sections you wish for personal reference.


Do you accept any other payments? I don’t want to enter my credit card details online.

Our site only accepts credit card through Clickbank. We don’t process the credit card details ourselves. Clickbank is very secure with your details.

If you do not wish to use this, you also have the option of using PayPal. Also very secure (owned by eBay). There you also have the option of using your bank account instead of credit card.


How can I buy the book if I don’t have a credit card?

The best thing to do in this situation is to get a Paypal account. http://www.paypal.com it is used widely over the internet and is very secure. When you go through the checkout the is an option to pay via paypal – with this you can pay directly from your bank account or echeque.


Can I order by phone?

Not at this time – sorry for the inconvenience. Our online order process is instant and very secure.


Do you have an affiliate program?

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is stated on the product sales page.


Can I send you a check through the mail instead of ordering online?

Currently we only accept online secure payments by credit card and paypal. Checks and money orders take too long.
